Folk in the Flow s the dynamic, multi-instrumental duo of Buck Brandt and Holly Taylor, based out of Lawrence, KS. Perfect for family friendly, community gatherings, private and corporate events, they offer a compelling journey of songs and stories across several genres. 

With their professional training and friendly attitudes, Folk in the Flow consistently brings out smiles in audience members of various age groups and backgrounds. They have been featured multiple times in the Tuesday Night Concert Series at the Lawrence Arts Center, De Soto Days, Make Music KC, Liberty Memorial, and are quiet favorites in their neighborhood bars and restaurants. With original, uplifting, and fun tunes; this pair shares center stage with well blended harmonies, colorful soundscapes and impressive finger work. 

The duo recently debuted as a full band featuring Zachary Korte on bass and Nathan Deel on drum set.  These two talented guys came in with lifetimes of musical experience and the ease and Flow of music making with good friends!   Folk in the Flow is a highly versatile group, flowing from acoustic folk instruments to electric guitar, keyboard ,bass and drum set.  Whether in duo, trio or full band settings, the audience experiences quite the range of music prowess. From the smooth indie-folk songs of Holly Taylor, to the upbeat, soulful, or playful writings of Buck Brandt, the essence of The Flow is variety!
